1. Use of Photos

All photographs in this gallery are copyrighted by Gregory Brown of G. Brown Photography unless otherwise indicated. By accessing or downloading these images, you agree:

• Not to crop, edit, or alter the images (including removing watermarks) without written permission.

• Not to use the photos for commercial purposes unless explicitly licensed.

• To credit “📸 Greg Brown | gbrown.ch” when sharing on social media, where technically possible.

• Individual images without Watermarks are available for purchase.

2. Sharing Rights

• Clients may share the photos in the “Highlights” section on social media, as long as credit is given.

• The “Family” or “Private” sections are for personal use only and may not be distributed publicly.

• Images marked private must not be shared or made public.

3. Copyright & Licensing

• The photographer retains all copyright and moral rights to the images.

• No transfer of intellectual property takes place unless a separate licensing agreement is signed.

• Cropping out the watermark is a violation of this agreement and Swiss copyright law.

4. Gallery Access & Security

• Access to galleries is password-protected.

• Clients are responsible for keeping their passwords secure and sharing them only with intended recipients.

• Any misuse may result in access being revoked.

5. Liability

G. Brown Photography is not responsible for unauthorized downloads or third-party misuse of shared gallery links.
